*UP-DATE: LITTLE CHICAGO, LEWISTON, MAINE. Second Shooting at 135 1/2 Bartlett Street, Lewiston, Maine in less than a year. And, this at well known ¨Crack House¨by Police and Western Maine Task Force of the Drug Enforcement Agency.

Once again, violence has struck the East Coast’s, Little Chicago. Lewiston, Maine the epicenter of violence for the State of Maine.

As, a 97 year old woman was attached and robed in her home and has succumbed to her injuries.

Then the repeated knife fighting is still resulting in hospitalizations as I type this addition up-date on 4 September 2018.

Shoots were fired on the U. S. East Coast’s New Chicago, Illinois’s, Lewiston, Maine yesterday (2 August ’18) on Bradley Street in the Inner City of the City of Lewiston, Maine.

According to street people three individuals dead.  And, two suspects were being held and questioned at the police station.

According, to the streets of New Chicago the shooting’s were a drug related incident between a group of individuals and a motorcycle gang that was being stiff as to payment.

“Build Maine” . with “L-A chapter of the Union of Maine Visual Artist” are making him feel at home.  lift donated from “Easy Rental” and accommodations provided by the “Hilton Inn” are helping Mr. Arlin Graff prepare a Zebra mural on the Centreville Parking Garage off Pine Street, Lewiston, Maine.

The Artist is being paid $7.000.00 dollars for the painting of a Zebra.  And, stated that Zebra represent community;  life, in groups and are rarely seen alone.

Just, goes to show that Lewiston, Maine is a Zoologist’s dream.

They, are asking for 15 percent increase on Lewiston, Maine Municipal Budget.  (I have included the increases in fines, business licensing and anything they can raise. Like water & sewer on the sly.

I would like to thank the rest of the States of Maine for paying Lewiston, Maine’s $10 million dollar school debt bailout.

Too, think that you struggling individuals of Maine through your heating your homes, electricity rate increase, rent increases, property tax increases and food stuff increase can afford the State’s bailout of or helping Lewiston, Maine.

Just, because they are spend foolish.  Gives me nightmares.

That leaves Lewiston, Maine the ability to increase it school budge for fiscal year 2018-2019 due in June 2018 and allow it to spend another $10 million dollars of the Lewiston, Maine residents money.  This, after your bailout.

This, money is due to increase immigration at their expense and your generous expense and Lewiston, Maine residents.    As, Lewiston, Maine can not meet it financial obligation’s due to the Immigration “PROBLEM”.

After, all the Superintendent of School’s for Lewiston, Maine make $148 thousand a year, with Medical and Vacation by force taxation of Lewiston, Maine residents and “YOU” sucker’s residents, business and not for profits.

To, think this drives up you property taxes and rents, food stuff, electric bills and other staples of life.

12 May 2018 is election day on the school budget in Lewiston, Maine and I have asked people to vote “NO”, at the Governor James B. Longley School on Birch Street, Lewisom, Maine.

I also ask them to vote “NO” on any State of Maine bond issue and Lewiston, Maine “Bond” issue.

Mr. Charles Arthur Soule, Veteran(1973-1979 Honorable Discharge)  at the Mayoral Debate on Monday, 23 October 2017 gave a round house swing at the “Special Interest” corporate world of Lewiston, Maine and Lewiston, Maine municipality governmeent pushing for the Merger of the two cites of Lewiston, Maine and Auburn, Maine.   And, that included Lewiston’s School special interest school government groups.

Mr. Charles Arthur Soule, alleges that City of Lewiston, Maine is being run by a select group that has taken over the political and financial life of Lewiston, Maine people with the help of the Local Newspapers and local television stations.
