BY, THIS TIME THE HONORABLE JUDGE MARY G. KENNEDY, ANDROSCOGGIN SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE FOR ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTY, MAINE WAS ON TO THEIR GAME THAT THE LEWISTON, MAINE POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS PLAYING AGAINST ME. AND, GAVE ME A FREE COURT PAID FOR ATTORNEY AND DETECTIVE AT COURT EXPENSE. FOR, THE LEWISTON, MAINE POLICE DEPARTMENT TREATMENT OF ME AND THE FACT THAT THEY, DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH MY RIGHT’S UNDER THE DISCLOSURE RULE. WHICH, IS IN THE MAINE RULE OF COURT MANUAL.
