It is thought by this reporter. That Lewiston, Maine leads in State of Maine as to Drug Overdoses.

Other, on Bartlett Street. Individual died a few days later.
And, this in or about same under policed inner city area of Bartlett and Maple Street”s.
This has been attributed to the lack of police in the Inner city by design of the Lewiston, Maine Police Department.
Year after year this problem plagues the same area of Lewiston, Maine year, after year, after year.
At this point a federal task force should be call in to investigate the operations of the Lewiston, Maine Police Department operational management.
