It is alleged that on the morning of 20 January 2022 the Lewiston, Maine police department started an investigating of a Somali man who severed his arm from his shoulder.

Individuals stated the man started walking from about direction of Adams Street down towards Pine Street via Park Street.

Then reversed as was depicted by blood direction’s back to the place of incident to retrieve his severed arm that he had forgotten.

If, not for the Snow removing crew of the Lewiston, Maine Public Work’s Department that saw the individual in need of assistance and knowing how to place a tourniquet. There would have been no way of telling if the individual could have made it to the nearest hospital Central Maine Medical Center.
