1.  Consolidation / Unified L / A: Unified Lewiston /  Auburn endorsed by Governor ” NO ” Thanks “.

Reason: Unseen cost to consolidation; all sign through State must be changed, maps, Private business stationery / forms,  Cities / Schools government Auburn and Lewiston business forms must be replaced, all local government and private internet site will have to be altered, Global positioning alteration, If you were born in Lewiston Maine Birth Certificates will have to be updated; cost to you $15 per individual and Maine Driver’s Licenses updated.  Can You think of any I have overlooked.

2.  Maine Governor’s limitation of Maine State Income taxes; once again “NO THANKS”.

Reason: Excuse to revaluation of local taxes…shifting of; as Auburn may have to pick up larger share, Lewiston has a greater “Voting population “, and Lewiston is building two new schools.  Then their are those people on fixed incomes that will…

REMEMBER; WHEN.

Remember when nothing mattered except you and me; and the game of life was good !

Then one day our cards got shuffled, our image got ruffled; and, life began to crumble.

We then decided to play or hand hoping for a new dealt hand; very well knowing that the game might end.

Now your gone; you went away.

And, now I try to stay on a solitary play; but, tend to sway.

My life is on hold waiting for your return; and, when it happens game once played will not matter.

I dream of the day you return to the game; and, perhaps this time I will let you win.

 

 

 

POEM: WE; TWO WILL BE THREE (3)…

The way we met had to been fate.

And, I just knew you were my soul mate.

I see you often in my dreams walking in an inner peace with head high.  And, not as now.

I wake up then you can not sleep.

I always pretend that I’m alright when your away.

It’s turning to a losing fight

All I want is you by my side is that too much to ask the Creator of all things?

Until this is I can not thrive for everything I do

comes back to you.

So much can happen between the 6 year of us.

But, please do not worry about me.  For, I know that which worry is….

For, you and I will forever be this I feel no matter how hard it may seem.

I long to have your arms around two.

But, I hope that won’t happen until we are debt free.

We both have made some dream reality choices in the past.

And, unfortunately some of those consequences are going to last.

But, do not let a few years of turmoil ruin the rest of life.

This is the hardest decision we have had to make.B

But, I promise you we will make it through.

We are the best thing to ever happen to two.

And we wish upon the moon every month it seems.

Hoping to find strength to change in it’s glowing light beacon light.

And soon, someday .  .  .  we will be three (3).

SOME PEOPLE AND POLITICAL PARTIES MEMBER’S JUST THINK THEY ARE MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE OTHERS; AND THEY DISMISS THOSE WHO DO NOT HAVE AS MUCH MONEY AND FAMILY ANCESTRAL STATUS TO OFFER.

SO, I WRITE THIS ARTICLE; TRYING TO ENCOURAGE YOU NOT BE LIKE THE LARGER CULTURE IN WHICH WE LIVE TODAY.

SO, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO INSTEAD; VALUE EACH OTHER IN THE COMMUNITY AND WORK COMMUNITIES; AS A UNIQUE GIFT AND TO UNDERSTAND THAT EACH PERSON HAS SOMETHING THAT YOU DO NOT SEE OR COME INTO CONTACT WITH; THAT MAYBE VERY IMPORTANT TO OFFER TO OTHERS THAT YOU DO NOT SEE AND THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.

EACH PERSON; IS A CRITICAL PART OF THE LARGER SOCIETAL STRUCTURAL COMMUNITY.
