THAT A LEWISTON, MAINE POLICE OFFICER, WOULD ACCUSE ME OF BODY SLAMMING (From my chest height) A EIGHT (8) YEAR OLD! NOT ONCE, BUT THREE TIMES TO THE GROUND AND THE OFFICER WAS SITTING IN HIS PRIVATE CAR IN UNIFORM AND STATED THAT HE WAS THINKING OF GETTING INVOLVED. AND HE STATED, HE SAW THE WHOLE INCIDENT WHILE SITTING AT A STOP SIGN IN THIS PRIVATE CAR IN UNIFORM AT THE CORNER OF BARTLETT ST. AND WALNUT ST., (ALSO, STATED HE WORKED A TEN HOUR DAY?) (THE TRAFFIC FLOW IS SO GREAT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE STOP AT A STOP SIGN FOR MORE THEN THREE MINUTES IN YOUR PRIVATE CAR FOR MORE (ONE, (1) THOUSAND – TWO (2), ONE THOUSAND THREE (3); SO ON TO 120 or MORE SECONDS.) WITH, ALL THIS HAPPENING DURING AN ATTEMPT BY ME TO BE A LEWISTON CITY PUBLIC OFFICIAL DURING AN ELECTION CYCLE. THE CHILD WAS NOT CRYING, DIRTY OR BLEEDING. “Right” Officer CPL. SO, I WENT AND FILED A “CIVILIAN COMPLAINT” ON THE OFFICER TO THE LEWISTON POLICE DEPARTMENT. ON, A LEWISTON POLICE OFFICER. SO, THAT THE LEWISTON POLICE DEPARTMENT COULD INVESTIGATE ONE OF THEIR OWN? (WHAT’S, THIS ALL ABOUT?). I FILED, THEY CHANGED THE NAME OF THE CIVILIAN COMPLAINT. THEY CHANGED TO A CONFIDENTIAL INVESTIGATION AND I HAD TO GO IN FRONT OF ANDROSCOGGIN, MAINE SUPERIOR COURT, HONORABLE JUDGE MARY GUY KENNEDY; THREE (3) TIMES TO GET THE FULL REPORT. BY, THIS TIME THE HONORABLE JUDGE MARY G. KENNEDY, ANDROSCOGGIN SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE FOR ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTY, MAINE WAS ON TO THEIR GAME THAT THE LEWISTON, MAINE POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS PLAYING AGAINST ME. AND, GAVE ME A FREE COURT PAID FOR ATTORNEY AND DETECTIVE AT COURT EXPENSE. FOR, THE LEWISTON, MAINE POLICE DEPARTMENT TREATMENT OF ME AND THE FACT THAT THEY, DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH MY RIGHT’S UNDER THE DISCLOSURE RULE. WHICH, IS IN THE MAINE RULE OF COURT MANUAL. They also video taped, me in my home without my knowledge and also video taped 5 children and the other adults in their homes without their knowledge. “Right”, at time Detective Brian T.
