Lewiston Maine Housing -Director Chris. Kilmurry neglected his responsibilities, and supervisory duties at Lewiston, Maine Housing which cannot handle their volume of business.

Please consider this my official request for a Formal Hearing.

This is regarding my termination from the Lewiston, Maine Housing Section 8 Program, after 24 years of compliance with the rental process as directed by Lisa Call towards me because I took action against my theiving landlord through Pinetree Legal of Maine with the help of the Maine State Program for action against Elder Abuse.

1. Adobe Property Management (Louis Chasson), 11174 Post Office Box, Portland, Maine, has not brought a Civil Suit against me.
2. The attorney of Mr. Chasson states in a letter that there was no problem. And just specified the date of the lease termination and that the owner was going in a different direction.
3. Mr. Chasson is holding $1000 of the security deposit, and if there is a problem will let me know by withholding the amount in question.
4. At the 22 Dec. 2025 Lewiston Housing inspection, your inspector found that the apartment did not meet the requirements of passing the Section 8 inspection process. At that time, I pointed out where the landlord’s front porch light was connected to my electricity.

I also wish to file a grievance with Housing and Urban Development, and I hope you will obtain and supply me with the necessary document forms required for filing of the HUD complaint.

You wanted an answer submitted within 15 days after you typed it. Meaning 2 or 3 days in the mail to Mr. Soule, then another 2 to 3 days in the mail service getting back to you. And, this does not consider Sundays. The 15 working-day approach is preferred by professionals. Ms. Call, you were not attempting to give a 73 year old gentlemen the-bum-rush. Were you, Ms. Lisa Call of Lewistonhousing.org?!

Respectfully – not so.
